It seems the latest update to Tapatalk for Android broke something. I have a brand new Galaxy NExus and when I try to launch Tapatalk, I can see the splash screen, but after that I get on error box which says: "Unfortanately, Tapatalk has stopped"
Yes installed from Android Market. I tried uninstalling it, and after that installing it again. Same thing...no effect.
Is it possible you can provide any Force close log? Such as this thread http://tapatalk.com/forum/showpost.php?p=42690&postcount=3. It will very helpful.
Hi When you get force close dialog, please click "report" -> "preview", then scroll to bottom then click "Stack trace". Please check attachment
Any updates? I can confirm this is a problem, and this phone is about to go on sale in the US very soon. P.S. you should be getting the above log from our editor who's testing the phone.
I too am having this problem. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling countless times to no avail. It isn't a force close so there is no log/report option. It says "Unfortunately, Tapatalk has stopped." Then gives only one option which is "OK". Fix this please it's very frustrating not being able to access an app i paid for.
We are still waiting for more helpful log file to trace this issue. we also do not have access to this very new phone in our region.
