vBulletin 4.0.3. This is my config.txt content right now, due to Tapatalk user permissions: api_level = 3 is_open = 0 guest_okay = 0 reg_url=register.php version=vb40_3.9.2 When I set is_open to 1, all forums, even forums closed except for moderators, are shown in Tapatalk to Unregistered user group. When connected as a registered user, all vBulletin permissions run ok. The web version of the forum is running OK, this problem is limited to Tapatalk. My Tapatalk version was vb40_3.9.1 until this morning. After update to 3.9.2, the problem persists. No idea how much time I have been showing private forums (moderator forums) to guests (it is a very serious security problem).
