Ok so here's the deal. I purchased the unlimited pic hosting plug in for $1.99 last month on my iPhone 4. Since then I have upgraded to an iPhone 4s but am still using the same apple ID that I had on the 4. My tapatalk purchase was "free" since I purchased it in the past. But for some reason the unlimited picture purchase that I made did not roll over to the new phone. Anybody have any suggestions. Is tapatalk gonna recognize the purchase when I click to buy (even though it doesn't say "install" instead of the price) or am I gonna be out another $2 for the same feature I already paid for? I would rather pay my $2 on the other features tapatalk offers instead of something I already paid for. Thanks for listening to my rant and thanks in advance for helping me with this. - Dane.
Though it shows price in the App, system message will tell you "you have already purchased" while you start purchasing. If the system still requires another fee from you, please let us know. (You can stop purchase if system requires another payment) BTW: Please make sure you're using the same apple ID before start purchasing.
I have the same problem. Photo Sharing for $1.99. Confirm. Buy. Password. Unable to Purchase. Different Apple ID. OK. Unable to perform this transaction. Please try again later and again later.... Please help me out here. I cannot even rebuy the original Tapatalk.
Can you try "Restore" in "Extra" tab? If your account even has any issue in repurchase Tapatalk in App Store, you have to contact App for more information.
What happens when you restore? Did iPhone ask for your iTunes account&password? You don't have to repurchase a new app unless you're using another iTunes account.
Hi, I purchased the $1.99 photosharing, but it has never worked, it still asks me to buy it again. I checked my iTunes account and I already paid for it. I tried the "restore" but that didn't work. Please help, thanks!
Hi rr0123, If app showed that you've "purchased" photo sharing but it still doesn't work for you. Please try re-install app then "Restore" it. Hope this works for you.
Have you already purchased photo sharing or it just fails when you purchasing it? If you've already purchased it, "Restore" should be working for you; if you consistently fail when purchasing it, please reboot your iPhone and try purchase it in "Extra->Photo Sharing" again.
