Hi, have uploaded the latest upgrade, 4.4 Beta 1 and i get the following error when importing the xml:-

A conflict was detected in the bitfields. You cannot continue with the installation of this product until this has been fixed. The conflicts found were:
    • Bitfield Collision: canpostnonmembergroup = canalwayspostmessage
Any ideas what it can be?

Should have mentioned it happens on http://www.taysidebikers.co.uk/forums

And am now getting data base errors related to logging in:-

    Database error in vBulletin 4.1.12:

    Invalid SQL:

    INSERT IGNORE INTO tapatalk_users (userid) VALUES ('1');

    MySQL Error : Table 'taysidebikuk.tapatalk_users' doesn't exist
    Error Number : 1146

I am asked to log in on my iPhone and when i enter the details it says the account has been restricted by the admin, so i tried selecting cancel and it logs me in????

I just loaded it today into a vB4.1.12 and it loaded clean. Are your permissions correct on your database?
  5. Gismo Member

Thanks for responding to my query, however, what permissions are you talking about? i wasn't able to install the plug in so no Tapatalk settings in the forum adminCP

If you loaded the beta using the XLM install as per the instructions it should have loaded fine. The error indicates the table was not created which would indicate a permissions problem with your SQL user.

The only other idea I have is to load the non beta version, then load the beta... I did have a previous version loaded before loading the beta... guess it could be a bug in the load if it is assuming a previous version was there.

It's when i try to load the XLM that i get the error shown in my first post, so, it wont install that, however, i'll try loading the non beta first

Great, now that i've installed the 3.9.4 i can't log in on my phone at all
  9. markavickers New Member

make sure you add the line in headerinclude in your vB template that might be the problem... it is not required in the new beta
  10. Gismo Member

    Yep, did that

Only thing I can think of is did you remove the mobiquo directory. That is very strange. If you could log in with the new version there would seem to be no reason why you can't with the older one.
  12. Gismo Member

I deleted the entire mobiquo directory and uploaded the new 3.9.4 install.
I wasn't able to log in "normally" with the beta version, but, by selecting cancel it logged me in but won't do it now.
Now, i can't sign in at all and i'm guessing neither can my members

I'm out of ideas. Hopefully one of the support folks will be on soon and be able to help you out.

    Thanks all the same

Hi, since you can you import the xml file, the push related table will not created and you'll have problem when login. We'll add check when login in plugin to avoid this problem.
So now please upload v3.9.4 version and let me check what's going on when it's ready.

About the error below, I have no idea since our product xml file doesn't have permisson related add or update change. Are you sure you imported correct tapatalk product xml file?
    Bitfield Collision: canpostnonmembergroup = canalwayspostmessage
  16. Gismo Member

I was not able to import the XML file
I've installed 3.9.4 and finally managed to get logged in

I did try to import the correc file, it works on my mini site

Another problem encountered on my newminiscotland site is that it disrupted the PM system, members unable to send PM's.
I totally removed the beta from that site and uploaded the 3.9.4 and all is working again.

So for now, considering i'm not getting any technical support, i'm gonna leave both sites at 3.9.4

Technical support is always there
Can your try upload attached v4.0.0 plugin? And rename the mobiquo directory to another one like mobiquo4 if you still want to keep your users on 3.9.4 and I can check the PM issue.
Also the attached build fixed the login error if product file was not imported.

BTW, please let me know the forum url and new directory name if you did it, also a test account.
