Announcments - Not Authorized to view topic

    Hi All,
    I have phpBB3 and with the latest Tapatalk plugin installed.
    Just having a glitch with Tapatalk users viewing the Announcements Tab on their smart phones. With iPhones, they receive an error Not Authorized to view topic, with Android devices, the topics come up blank.
    If I use tapatalk as my moderator user, it works, but if I log in as a normal user, same issue.
    I have given users full access to the category the announcements sit under and still no fix.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    We used to have this problem, but it should be fixed in latest plugin.
    It caused by forum id of the global topic, it's '0' in db and it should assign the first post forum as its forum.
    The problem seems to be no correct forum was found for this global topics.
    I can not identify the issue details, only if you can provide ftp access to plugin directory 'mobiquo/' and I can check more.
